What am I feeling?

Emotions describe how we feel about things and people in our lives; we all experience different feelings and emotions throughout every day. Emotions can be positive emotions like happiness and negative emotions like anger. These are all normal.

It is important to learn how to deal with our emotions in case they become unbalanced or when emotions like anger, fear or sadness become too strong.

If you are sad, scared or angry a lot of the time, try to talk to someone you trust and work out what is causing such a strong feeling.

Remember if the person you first speak to does not help or does not believe you then speak to someone else.
