Emotion Health and Well-being Multi Agency Training
Dorset HealthCare NHS University Foundation Trust are delivering a multi agency training programme across Dorset. The aim of the training is to provide a level of understanding about Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and to support the development of professionals existing skills.
The Trust is encouraging all staff who work with Children and Young People in Universal Services, including schools, to attend one of the training sessions. The aim is to provide three multi agency training sessions within each of the localities (Christchurch, North Dorset, West Dorset, Weymouth & Portland, Purbeck and East Dorset) each year.
The interactive sessions will involve clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, and primary mental health workers. Topics covered during the session will include: attachment, emotional health and well-being, risk and resilience and ways of working together.
If you are interested in attending any of the training sessions, please contact Michelle Ingleton at: michelle.ingleton@dhft.nhs.uk
DHFT is committed to reducing it's carbon footprint and will therefore not be providing handouts during the workshop.
If you would like to print handouts/agenda/dates of training prior to the workshop, they are available to download from the CASE STUDIES section below.
